If the unit is not available then you can provide us your requirement and preferences so we can arrange same phone/accessories/laptop/MacBook within your Budget. All Specifications and details are available on each stock displayed.

* Please be advised that we only sell Brand New & Used Phones unless if it is Advertised as

Brand New. The used accessories / Phone are usually have marginal Defects, and it is the

Customer who should realize that, any claims will not be paid due to the Goods not being in Brand New Condition.

* All payments must made by Credit /Debit card/ Payment or bank transfer to our account. When you fill bank receipt of transfer you must write your details name and email or fax a copy of bank receipt. Also we will accept store IC payment / PayPay and others ber code payment system.

* The Product will be shipped in 3 Business Days.

* Any Product shipping inside The county usually take two to four Days depend on the client

destination. month. If any unavoidable circumstance, we will try to ship your product in next Day. Please Contact us for any further clarification.

* The Product will be sent to you via courier service only when the balance of payment is remitted.

* Used product Insurance will only be provided for 1 month .

* All Product are available on first come first serve basis. If a payment reaches us late and the product is sold to another customer, we will provide you with a similar product with same specifications or we will refund your payment with your bank transfer costs. Most of the product listed in our stock are used and therefore a certain tolerance on the general condition of the product has to be considered.

* If a goods’s option/accessory is not mentioned in the specification/extras of on the website then Zakia Mart LLC is not responsible for its functioning and/or condition, as it may not be functioning properly.

* We don’t refund any payments based on the customers complain or request. However, if a situation arises that is reasonable for a refund; we will be deducting 3 % to 7 % of the payment received as administration and banking fees.

* Payment Refund- Zakia Mart LLC is responsible for 100% refund of payments. If and only If the product in stock is SOLD OUT and cannot supply similar product as per customer requirement / customer not satisfied with the product offered with a reasonable time period.

* Zakia Mart LLC is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any kind of refund if the customer cancel the Order after shipment.

* Refund of the amount will be transferred only to senders account and Not to another account.

* Zakia Mart LLC. is not responsible for any damage that occurs to the product during and/or after it has reached the destination.

* ZAKIA MART LLC. Certificate/documents will have the year as per the Japanese policy.
